Description

———— Performance Features ————

It is primarily used in distributed‑power supply applications on production lines, as well as in centralized power‑supply systems such as DCS control systems, communication systems, monitoring systems, and network management centers—critical equipment and environments that require highly reliable, uninterrupted power.

01.

It truly achieves maintenance-free operation throughout the battery pack’s entire lifecycle.

The intelligent battery management system can, on the one hand, manage each individual cell through the management unit of every battery pack; when energy imbalances occur between battery packs, it facilitates energy transfer from higher‑to‑lower states, thereby ensuring that the internal resistance and cell voltage of each battery in a series string are perfectly matched.

02.

It truly achieves automated maintenance throughout the battery pack’s entire lifecycle.

All battery‑maintenance operations are configured within the system; the system performs them automatically according to these settings. 。

03.

Self-management

It is equipped with an intelligent management chip that features self‑recovery capability, enabling the battery to perform self‑maintenance and maintain its internal resistance within specified limits without an external power source. It can also measure battery voltage, internal resistance, temperature, and remaining capacity, among other parameters.

———— Introduction to the Components ————

01.

Intelligent Battery Maintenance Management System

This module serves as the system’s central management and coordination hub, regulating and controlling the operation of all other subsystems. All critical parameters of key components—whose performance and reliability significantly impact overall system health—are continuously collected in a database, updated and recalculated in real time, and compared against pre‑defined standard and threshold values for those components. This enables real‑time monitoring of critical parameter status and instant fault alerts, ensuring that the equipment’s reliability remains firmly under your control.

Battery charge-discharge device

This section comprises two main components: a charger and a discharger. When the battery is undercharged, the grid supplies power to the battery via the charger; within the series‑connected battery pack, each cell receives a different charging current based on its individual characteristics—cells that are “lagging” receive a higher charging current, while those that are “leading” receive a lower one—ensuring that all cells in the series are fully charged and remain at the same state of charge. When discharge is required, the battery pack can either supply power to the load or, through the discharger, feed power back into the grid.

Battery Management Unit

The maintenance system in this section employs automatic equalization technology, enabling energy exchange among the batteries: high‑energy batteries transfer excess energy to low‑energy ones, thereby recharging the latter. This ensures that the internal resistance and cell voltage of each battery in the series are perfectly matched, allowing for more precise and efficient control of each module. Each battery group is equipped with its own independent management unit, providing more accurate monitoring of individual battery parameters and ensuring the entire system operates stably and reliably.
