Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for diagnosing product malfunctions and performing repairs.
2. During the repair process, promptly collate and analyze any identified product design risks or defects, process‑design deficiencies, and quality‑assurance issues, documenting the findings in a written “Repair Analysis Report.” Additionally, prepare a “Corrective and Preventive Action Form” and submit it to the Quality Assurance Department, and issue an “SMT Change Request Form” to the Product Development Department, while tracking the status of follow‑up actions.
3. Assist other departments in resolving technical issues.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
