Job Responsibilities
1. Optimize and improve the production process design of the company’s existing products in accordance with electrical engineering requirements.
2. Participate in R&D trials and design the manufacturing processes for new products.
3. Develop technical documents such as process standards and operating procedures, and oversee their implementation.
4. Continuously improve process technologies to reduce company costs.
5. Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel to enhance their process expertise and capabilities.
6. Assist the Quality Assurance Department in product quality control to enhance product quality.
Job Requirements
Capabilities Required of a Production Process Supervisor
1. Major in an electrical engineering-related field, with at least an associate’s degree.
2. Familiar with electrical manufacturing processes and possess the ability to manage production technology;
3. Candidates with experience in cabinet manufacturing processes will be given priority.
