Job Responsibilities
1. In accordance with the needs of the enterprise’s business development, formulate a quality policy, set quality objectives, and ensure their effective implementation;
2. Organize the development of the enterprise’s quality management system, review the system, and propose corrective recommendations.
3. Responsible for quality management and control within the enterprise, convening quality management meetings, addressing major quality issues, and proposing recommendations for quality improvement.
4. Organize the establishment of the enterprise’s quality management system to ensure the effective implementation of total quality management throughout the organization.
5. Responsible for other quality-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with methods and techniques for product quality analysis, design, and evaluation, and proficient in the application of quality management tools and methodologies.
2. Candidates with at least two years of experience in R&D quality management will be given priority.
3. Familiar with the operation of instruments and meters.
4. Associate’s degree or higher
