Job Responsibilities
1. In accordance with the company’s recruitment plan, establish a rational and effective recruitment system to meet the staffing needs of all departments.
2. Responsible for executing recruitment activities, monitoring the recruitment process, and evaluating recruitment effectiveness.
3. Development and maintenance of recruitment channels;
4. Establish a talent pool for the company;
5. Participate regularly and on an ad hoc basis in recruitment events hosted by major universities.
Job Requirements
1. Associate’s degree or higher; major is not restricted; passionate about recruitment.
2. At least one year of recruitment experience, with the ability to independently manage the entire recruitment process.
