Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of new products, project management throughout the development process, and the formulation of development plans.
2. Based on the feasibility analysis report and other product development input documents, determine the product development implementation plan.
3. Organize the development team, define each developer’s responsibilities, and execute and complete development tasks according to the plan.
4. Complete the detailed design of the core modules of the reviewed product, and be responsible for guiding development team members in understanding the design documentation and mastering the relevant development technologies.
5. Develop improvement plans for product defects and ultimately resolve the issues.
6. Responsible for organizing and producing design documents, development materials, and related documentation, while also integrating, coordinating, and managing various internal and external development resources.
7. Responsible for the development team’s technical learning and capability enhancement, proactively sourcing learning resources to foster a growth-oriented environment, and organizing and ensuring that team members acquire the skills and competencies required for product development.
